Mail/Fax Application
1. Complete the Application Form and forward it to:

Attention: Admissions Office
2. Please include the following with your application:
C$150.00 Application Fee (non-refundable)
Certified authentic copies of your school transcripts / exam results
2 recent passport-sized photos
3. Upon approval of your application, an Offer of Admission and Fee Invoice will be issued. Upon receipt of full payment of fees,
an official Letter of Acceptance and receipt for payment of fees will be issued and faxed to you. The original Letter of Acceptance and
receipt will subsequently be sent to you.
4. With the Letter of Acceptance and receipt you will go to the nearest Canadian Embassy to apply for a study permit
(student visa). Should you require assistance with your study permit application, please contact the school admissions office.
Tuition and homestay fees will be refunded should the study permit be refused. Refund requests must include the original receipt,
the original Letter of Acceptance, as well a letter from Citizenship and Immigration Canada stating the refusal of authorization.
These documents must be received within 30 days of study permit refusal.
Once a student arrives at SOC a Placement Test will be taken. This is used to determine the starting points of instruction for international students.
