University and College Student Placement

Upon arrival at SOC, students are consulted and counselled on their educational goals. All students will have a Guidance and Career Education Plan. Students will receive:

Individual academic and personal counselling
University/College program and course selection advice
Academic and career planning
Unlimited access to academic resources

SOC ensures students locate and apply for Universities/Colleges in Canada, U.S.A., U.K. and Internationally. SOC assists students:

Complete and submit application forms for universities/colleges
Collect the appropriate fees and submit them to universities/colleges
Obtain the required immigration forms and help students obtain visas
Write letters and e-mails to university/college requests
Supply all the necessary materials for correspondence with universities/colleges
Telephone, e-mail or fax to universities/colleges
Supply university/collge brochures and other literature for students
Prepare students for university/college entrance interviews
Make arrangements for student interviews/tests
Arrange transportation for students to Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal and Buffalo for visa purposes
Supply student transcripts and letters of reference upon request from universities/colleges
Complete confidential application forms for entry to universities/colleges
